Shipping Policy
Packages are all shipped USPS, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

--USPS Overnight:1 Business Day
Free shipping on orders $49.99 and up.

Please Note: Currently, we do not ship overseas or to P.O. boxes.

ORDER PROCESSING
For all orders verified before 11:00 am (PST) Monday-Friday, excluding holidays; order processing and fulfillment will take 1- 3 days. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for custom orders or shipping to rural zip and postal codes.
An email will be sent with tracking information once the order leaves the warehouse.

ReturnZ & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days has gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. ITEMS ON SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, customer pays for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a shipping method that can provide tracking to ensure your package makes it back to us. Ta2ud Thredz is NOT responsible for lost returns. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All refunds will be processed pending approval. Once approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Actual date of deposit may vary depending on bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your approved refund within 14 days reach out to your financial institution.
